Yes, when exposing your lashes to salt water, chlorine and even crying please wash with lash soap afterwards to avoid lashes clumping up and potentially falling.

If you experience discomfort, & swelling, contact me I’ll be happy to help but I am not a doctor so to fully fix this you would need to go see an optometrist or ophthalmologist so they can prescribe you a special ointment and you’ll get to keep getting lash extensions.

Removing them at home is nearly impossible, you need a special remover. It's safer to have a professional remove them for you to avoid damaging your natural lashes.
