All sales are final and must be paid in full at time of service or purchase.

Payment Types: Cash and major credit cards (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover) are accepted. Checks are not accepted. Cash is only accepted in store, not for online purchases.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 min late there will be a fee of $15. If you arrive more than 20-minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to consider you a no-show. Gabby's Beauty Studio is not held responsible for late arrivals.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not rush services or purposely run the next client late. In the event of a late arrival, you may reschedule all but you will lose your deposit or only deposit amount will be charged.

Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time will result in a 50% charge of service. No call/No show appointments are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

Account Balance: In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancellation or no shown appointments then an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to zero (0) prior to receiving further services.

Appointment Guarantee: If we at Gabby's Beauty Studio do not offer scheduled clients 24 hours’ notice prior to necessary cancellations or rescheduling of services, we will credit client’s account with the 50% of amount of the appointment which may be used towards future services or products.

Exemption: Natural disasters and other situations may be excluded from this guarantee.

Appointment Confirmations: All appointments are considered confirmed at the time of scheduling the appointment. Gabby's Beauty Studio may send a courtesy text message and email confirmation of all scheduled services. You may choose to opt out of confirmation text messages or email notifications.

Extra Guest/Children: For your safety, relaxation, and lack of space, children under the age of 18 are not permitted unless receiving a scheduled service. If extra guest or children are present, the appointment will be cancelled, rescheduled, and subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
